How far in advance should we book a Wedding Coordinator?
3-6 months is recommended. However, we know that sometimes the decision to use a Wedding Coordinator may not happen until much closer to the wedding. That’s okay. We would simply work out the details with you where you are in the planning process.
What’s the difference between a Wedding Planner and a Day-Of Coordinator?
A Wedding Planner is with you from the very beginning, organizing all the details of your wedding, i.e. wedding budget, venue, vendors, concept design, etc. A Wedding Coordinator steps in closer to the Wedding Day (4-6 weeks out), managing the day of the wedding to ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly.
Are you willing to travel?
Yes. Kingdom Weddings by Yardley is based out of the New York Tri-state / New England area, and we travel to destination locations.
Will you work with vendors we’ve already chosen?
Absolutely! This is one of the things we specialize in. We contact your vendors to discuss all the details of their services and how they will execute on the day of your wedding.
Do you have a list of vendors we can consider?
Yes we do! We have photographers, videographers, DJ’s, bakers, an MC, and a bridal dress concierge service.
What happens if something unexpected takes place on the wedding day?
This is another area that we specialize in. We plan things in a way to prevent mishaps. However, if something unexpected happens, such as a down pour of rain, a missing bag of petals for the flower girl’s big moment–we pivot using discernment. We believe there’s an alternative for everything and we make wise decisions so you won’t have to think about what’s happening, but simply enjoy your special day with the people you love.
Do you offer customized packages or only set options?
Yes. If there is something you require that isn’t outlined in our services, let’s talk. We can discuss how to work things out to benefit you.
